The offices of Universal Music Group’s new Milan headquarters span eight floors of a renovated building at Via Nervesa 21. Encotech SA acted as the General Contractor for the complete fit-out of the premises, taking over the floors in shell-and-core condition and delivering them fully completed: offices, meeting rooms, bar and break areas, as well as furniture, seating, and the cabling of individual workstations.

The complexity of the project required coordination on multiple fronts simultaneously: with the recording studios located within the building, with contractors working on the lower floors that were still under construction, and with all the technical and design professionals involved. Encotech successfully managed this overlap of activities, ensuring operational continuity and adherence to the project schedule, leading to the timely opening of the offices as planned.
