The firm participates as a Project Manager for the renovation of Kyocera offices in Milan.
Completion of the works at LAC in Lugano by COMSA. A part of the team merges into Encotech to handle all warranty-related works. Encotech is commissioned to serve as the Project and Construction Manager for the renovation of the offices of the international organization ILO/BIT (International Labour Organization) in Geneva.

In the Canton of Ticino, Encotech is involved in sustainable real estate developments, constructing the largest residential building in wood in the region.

The retail experience continues with the General Contract construction of the first three TREK bikes stores in Switzerland, located in Aarburg, Biel, and Lausanne, the Hackett store in Zurich, and Karl Lagerfeld, Polo Ralph Lauren, Swarovski, The Cosmetic Company in Landquart.
