A few years ago, I worked with Encotech on the renovation and redevelopment of a large warehouse. The existing building required a significant consolidation and roof refurbishment, as well as various civil works for space reconfiguration. Encotech acted as the Construction Management and Project Manager, allocating competent and attentive resources to the project, which was successfully completed.
