Renovation of 7 apartments located in a prestigious Liberty-style building from 1905, situated in the center of Lugano.
Previously used as offices for many years, the spaces have been restored to their original state and transformed into 7 apartments of various sizes, ranging from 85 to 150 square meters, with 3.5 to 5.5 rooms. The architectural project, developed by Encotech, allowed for the creation of spacious living areas by removing elements added for office use, while fully respecting the existing structure and the building’s original character. Original doors and windows were retained, and the floors were covered with new parquet.
The intervention included the renovation of bathrooms and the installation of new kitchens. Encotech managed the design, permitting with the local authorities, procurement processes, and cost control, overseeing the construction work.
