The prestigious apartment at the top is configured as an ‘urban villa,’ featuring high-quality finishes, double-height spaces, and large windows overlooking the private central courtyard with a pool. The highly articulated architecture and construction make the building of great interest and prestige. ENCOTECH oversees Project Management and Construction Management, working alongside the designer (Nicola Probst Architetti) and the client in selecting and designing the most suitable and technologically advanced construction system for this new contemporary luxury building.
