The building comprises 10 apartments arranged on two above-ground floors, with a total living area of 860 square meters.

The 430-square-meter basement includes a 12-car garage, a pellet heating plant, technical rooms, and cellars. The construction is characterized by spacious loggias and French doors finished with glass parapets, as well as a rooftop garden created at the first level. Internal circulation between the units is facilitated by a distribution corridor starting from the stairwell and elevator shaft located at the center of the building.

The above-ground structure is built with a framework of walls and wooden floors. These structures are heavily insulated to enhance acoustic comfort and thermal insulation. The stairwell and elevator shaft, on the other hand, consist of monolithic structures in XLam wood.

To enhance the energy sustainability of the building, over 30 square meters of thermal solar panels have been installed. Encotech SA has been entrusted with BIM Design, Project Management, Cost Control, Project Supervision, and Coordination.
