The building is also equipped with an underground garage with 12 parking spaces, technical rooms, and cellars that extend over an area of 490 square meters. Outside, a spacious terraced open space offers a pleasant view of the lake.

The project, with its simple and rational forms, is enhanced by large windows, loggias, and glass parapets that provide excellent exposure and a view of the lake. The alternation and movement created by the loggias make the facades particularly varied and contemporary. The apartments are all arranged to ensure that the living areas can take advantage of the particularly interesting geographical location.

The building is constructed with a wooden structure made of X-LAM panels covered with gypsum board counter-walls. All internal partitions are made of gypsum board. This construction choice ensures excellent thermal and acoustic comfort, as well as livability of spaces and well-being characteristic of wooden constructions. On the outside, an EPS coat serves as both aesthetic and thermal completion. Heat is generated through a heat pump combined with a photovoltaic system on the roof.
