The building comprises 18 apartments arranged over four above-ground floors, with a total living area of 1450 square meters.

The 700-square-meter basement includes an underground garage with 18 parking spaces, a pellet heating plant, laundry rooms, cellars, and storage. The construction is characterized by large loggias and glass-finished French doors with glass parapets, as well as a rooftop garden at the first level. To enhance the building’s energy sustainability, over 25 m2 of thermal solar panels and 15 kW of photovoltaic panels are installed.

The above-ground structure is made of wood: the walls and floors are framed and highly insulated to increase acoustic comfort and thermal insulation. The staircase and elevator shaft are constructed with XLam structures, featuring monolithic elements that are 13 meters high. To further enhance the building’s energy sustainability, over 25 m2 of thermal solar panels and 15 kW of photovoltaic panels are installed.
