Lanerossi, a historic Vicenza-based brand specializing in fabrics and knitwear under the Marzotto Group, has identified this space in the center of Milan, near the Sforza Castle, to establish its first store

For this, it entrusted the Roman studio ThirtyOne, which developed the internal restructuring project, and Encotech as the General Contractor.

The main theme of the project is the “blue thread” that connects the various spaces: a thread of intense blue “wool” running seamlessly throughout the store, serving as a display support for products in some areas, a railing for the staircase in others, and lighting in others.

The store space is articulated around a main double-height volume, consisting on the ground floor of a completely clear space highlighted by the contrast with the terracotta brick wall and the large staircase leading to the mezzanine floor. The mezzanine features a light wood floor and fabric paneling. Service spaces such as the meeting room, where the material library displays all varieties of Lanerossi fabrics in terms of textures and colors, are also included.
