Renovation of all apartments in a building dating back to the 1950s.

The challenge of this project lies in the logistics study: the apartments in the building are, in fact, for rent and already occupied. The renovation involves refurbishing bathrooms and kitchens in all the apartments and bringing the common areas up to code in compliance with fire safety and security regulations.

To address this, a rotational approach has been planned for the apartments, utilizing two temporarily vacant units to accommodate tenants from those undergoing renovation. Plumbing systems are then renovated, floor and wall tiles are replaced, and new fixtures and kitchens with appliances are provided and installed.

Encotech is responsible for Design, submission of Administrative Practices, Construction Supervision, and Project Management. Total area: approximately 2,000 square meters.
