Creation of a new Made in Italy High Fashion Men’s store in Milan.
Encotech SA was entrusted by the client to oversee all project phases, from the final design to the awarding of the works to the project’s execution.
The project entails a store of approximately 230 sqm spread over 2 levels in the center of Milan, designed by Architect Paolo Lucchetta. Between the two levels of the store, featuring expansive windows, a spectacular staircase with LED-lit steps is constructed, clad in Black Gold marble to emphasize the luxury spirit of the brand.
