The project stands out for its avant-garde architectural language, skillfully combining aesthetics, functionality, and environmental sustainability. It is developed on a steeply sloped plot within a valuable natural setting, featuring a lateral forest and a former agricultural landscape. These elements inspired a stepped volumetric composition, forming a “green cascade” overlooking the city and the lake, evoking the imagery of hanging gardens.

The main access is from the top of the site, through a panoramic viewpoint – the “Mirador” – located along Via Tesserete. From here, the building unfolds over eight terraced levels, following the natural slope of the terrain and ensuring harmonious landscape integration. Each floor opens to the South and South-West, maximizing natural light and views of the lake landscape.

The living spaces are designed to enhance panoramic orientation, while service functions – such as the garage and technical rooms – are positioned on the mountain side to minimize visual impact. Large glazed openings connect to green terraces that transform into true hanging gardens, extending the living space outward.

The complex offers exclusive amenities designed for well-being and quality of life: an indoor pool with wellness area (sauna and hammam), a shared gym, a large outdoor pool, and approximately 100 parking spaces in the underground garage.
