Description

Redevelopment of commercial and service areas of the Hospital and University Campus of Bologna, developing the innovative project named “Smart Hospital”, that will transform the Campus in a technologically and socially advanced reality.

Encotech SA was commissioned to follow all the project phases from the preliminary design to the award contracts, up to the execution.

The Project:  renovation of 2.000 sqm developed in 6 pavillions of the Campus situated in the heart of Bologna, offering a gym, study rooms, dining and bar areas, shops, a bookstore; reorganization and modernization of all the outdoor areas (the Campus develops in 234.000 sqm), with the inclusion of an open sky shopping center, a botanical garden, recreational spaces, bike and car sharing, new safer road conditions.
