Encotech generally works alongside the clients as a reliable technical interlocutor able to complete the project saving time and expenses. For each project, Encotech will nominate a Project Manager as the unique interface with the client. The Project Manager will be in charge of constituting the project’s team and coordinate it considering every aspects. First, he will plan the activities and the internal and external actors (consultants, suppliers...), dealing with unforeseen situations or modification during construction, as well as producing a thorough set of reports about construction progress in order to make the client constantly up-to-date.
