A complete apartment renovation in a building 60 years.
The apartment, never renewed, was old style with a small kitchen, a bathroom and an area living/bedroom
Encotech project defined new space with the kitchen as a corner of the living/bedroom with natural light and air .
New electrical/mechanical system  and new furniture  for the  27 mq of the apartment .
Encotech was involved in Works Direction, Design, Project Management and Interior Design
